Ozzie Guillen 1917 Tbtc Chicago White Sox Game Used/worn/issued Jersey/uniform
Offered for your consideration is former 2005 World Series Champion Ozzie Guillen’s Chicago White Sox team issued 1917 style jersey with matching pants, hat, socks & belt. The 1917 TBTC jersey’s were worn in celebration of Comiskey Park on July 11, 1990 during a 13 inning 9-12 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers in which Guillen went 1-6 with a jersey style worn by the only Comiskey Park team to win the World Series which came against the New York Giants. Jersey displays both the proper Rawlings size 42 tag, & 1990 Special Edition – Guillen strip tag located on the outer tail with a vintage 1990 Guillen autograph, the pants have a Rawlings size 32 tag in the waistband along with an associated 90-33-35-Guillen strip tag, the belt is a size 34 shows good use with cracking, the socks both have faded black #13’s, and the hat has a black #13 on the underside of the bill with Roman Pro size 6-7/8 tagging. These jersey’s have rarely been seen over the past 27 years in the secondary market as this was the first time a MLB team wore a throwback style uniform which has now become a popular promotion throughout sports with teams celebrating their history.
