There are some size 46 I believe early on but nonethe less this is a real deal rookie authentic game jersey that won’t be found very easily. John Elway 1994 Throwback Signed Jersey. This style of jersey was worn on September 26, 1994 Broncos vs Bills. All numbers and letters are sewn on. On the upper left side of the chest is the 75. At the bottom of the jersey is the Wilson equipment tag and 48 (indicating size 48). The signature on the back is very faded.
