It has all the 2004 appropriate tagging. It has the 40th Anniversary of Shea Stadium patch on the sleeve. Also has the “Ya Gotta Believe” TUG lettering sewn into the sleeve in memory of Tug McGraw. Jersey is tagged appropriately with the jock tag on the inside of the jersey. It is size 50. It has the 0062 tag on the inside of the jersey. The jersey has some dirt spots and appears to have maybe been washed, representing some use. Everything is sewn on. Jersey has velcro between the second and third buttons.
